HR and payroll your team can actually run.
Every employee, every payslip and every document in one place — so month-end takes an afternoon instead of a week, and end-of-service is a calculation rather than an argument.

A monthly base with 25 employees in it, then a price per extra head.
Every published tier covers your first 25 people in the base price, and you pay per active employee above that. Someone who leaves stops counting the month they go, and their records stay. Enterprise is quoted against your group.

Straight answers.
Does Real Workforce handle UAE payroll and WPS?+
It runs your payroll and produces a bank payment advice — every employee, their bank details and their net pay, taken from the run you approved. That is what you take to your bank. It does not generate your bank's own WPS upload file for you today.
Can it calculate end-of-service gratuity?+
Yes. Gratuity, leave encashment, notice and outstanding loans are calculated from the employee's own salary history and leave ledger — the same records payroll uses — so the figure and the evidence behind it come from one place.
We run several companies. Does that work?+
Yes. You can run multiple legal entities in one workspace, each with its own employees, payroll and reporting, and control which staff can see which entity. How many entities you get depends on your plan.
Do employees get their own login?+
Yes. Every employee has a self-service workspace where they can see their profile and payslips, request leave, submit documents and contact HR — which is what stops HR being the search engine for everybody's paperwork.
Can we bring our existing data across?+
Yes. Employees and opening leave balances import from a spreadsheet, and prior-year payroll and end-of-service figures can be entered as opening balances so your history is complete from day one.
Who can see salary information?+
Only the roles you authorise. Pay and bank details are encrypted, and access is by role rather than by seniority — a manager can approve their team's leave without ever seeing what they earn. Every look at a salary figure is recorded.
How long does it take to get started?+
Most companies are running their first payroll within a few weeks. The usual order is employee records first, then leave, then one month of payroll run in parallel with your current process before you switch over.
